Large Wire Drawing Machine with Continuous Annealing
Rod breakdown from Φ8 mm with in-line annealing at up to 2,100 m/min.
11-die gear drive, 900 m/min and 165 kVA in-line annealing.
The 11D is a compact medium-large drawing line for Φ3.0–3.5 mm copper inlet wire. A welded two-section frame, Φ280 mm tungsten-carbide capstans and DC three-section annealing deliver consistent wire quality at up to 900 m/min.
