Medium & Large Wire Drawing Machine with Continuous Annealing
11-die gear drive, 900 m/min and 165 kVA in-line annealing.
Rod breakdown from Φ8 mm with in-line annealing at up to 2,100 m/min.
The 9DT and 13DT combine heavy-duty drawing with continuous annealing in one line. A fission-cast frame, Φ450 mm tungsten-carbide capstans and a 360 kVA annealing system support stable production from 8 mm copper rod to 1.2–4.0 mm wire.
