Fine Wire Drawing Machine with Continuous Annealing
In-line DC annealing for 0.08–0.32 mm wire at up to 2,000 m/min.
24–40 heads, even furnace temperature and double tin furnace.
The 40H/32H/24H annealing and tinning line processes 0.10–0.32 mm wire at up to 300 m/min. A uniform annealing furnace, double tin furnace and double-deck take-up combine energy efficiency with product flexibility and a smaller footprint.
