Wire drawing machinery manufacturer · Suzhou, China
APPLICATIONS

Wire process knowledge, applied to your product.

Different wire products demand different combinations of slip, annealing, cooling and tension control. We configure the line around the end use, not the other way round.

APPLICATIONS

Built for the wire you make.

Our lines run in cable, enameled wire, electromagnetic wire, electronic wire, EDM wire and stainless steel production.

Wire & cable

Bare copper and alloy conductors for building wire, power cable and flexible cords.

SELECTION GUIDE

Matching equipment to the product

A starting point for line selection. Final configuration depends on wire diameter, material, speed and spool size.

Typical productRecommended equipmentWhy it fits
Bare copper conductor, 1.2–4.0 mm Large wire drawing with continuous annealing High tonnage, 13 dies, 2,100 m/min and 360 kVA annealing.
Fine copper wire, 0.08–0.32 mm Fine wire drawing with continuous annealing DC three-section annealing and PID synchronous spooling for stable elongation.
Ultra-fine wire, 0.025–0.08 mm 24VX ultra-fine wire drawing machine 24 dies, 1,500 m/min, ceramic capstans and low-noise flat-belt drive.
Tinned copper wire, 0.10–0.32 mm Annealing & tinning machine Even oven temperature, double tin furnace and double-deck take-up.
CCA wire, 0.08–1.2 mm Copper-clad aluminium drawing machines Ceramic or tungsten capstans and spray lubrication protect the copper layer.
CCS wire, 0.08–1.0 mm Copper-clad steel drawing machines Tungsten capstans, chain or flat-belt drive and controlled slip ratios.

Tell us your wire. We will configure the line.

Share the incoming rod, finished diameter, material and target output. Our engineers will respond with a recommended machine configuration.
